Russia is the King of the Arctic. Russia has many Icebreaker Ships

The Icebreakers are used to carve a path into the Arctic. Russia’s winter is brutal and many invaders failed in their campaigns. Russians know the Climate and hardships. Russia does have the knowledge of the Winter and it has pulled its troops from Kherson. 

The simple reason is the Logistics issue. In Winter it will be very difficult for Russia to transport Weapons, Ammunition, Food, and clothing to the Soldiers on the frontline.

Russia has withdrawn from the Kherson region. Russians did this when Hitler Invaded USSR. We have discussed two posts on Russia’s Winter Plan. The History and the Strategy used by Russia in the Winter Plan. 

A Quick Recap, Hitler planned Operation Barbossa for only ten weeks. He divided 148 Divisions into three fronts. The Central front’s objective was Moscow.

But ten weeks became 890 days. Russians knew that Winter was approaching and they allowed the Nazis to advance deep into Russian territory. After winter arrived the Russian army's Counter-Offensive started and surrounded the Nazis. Hitler faced his first defeat in World War 2. 

Hitler’s odd strategy and not listening to his top generals were put to good use by Russia. We also discussed that the USSR and Finland raged for 8 Months.

Is Ukraine capable of moving forward in the Winter Season?

The World cannot isolate Russia’s gas. Russia using Gazprom is still exporting gas to the EU. If the EU does not receive this gas the EU people will suffer in the winter. The EU people have started protesting that the only Country which Profits from the Ukraine war is America. The EU people are asking their govt not to spend their tax money on Ukraine.

The People are suffering from Inflation and Price rise when their govt is spending its tax money on Ukraine. The G7 is using the last weapon which is called Price Cap.

What is the Price Cap? How will it affect India?

The G7 Conference was held. At the G7 Conference, there was confusion. America and the West thought that the World will unite against Russia. But the EU is facing many protests. 

Hungary is a supporter of Russia. Iran has extended its friendship with Russia. Many alliances have been formed between America and the West. The G7 Countries vs the Rest of the World.

Indian FM Jai Shankar in a conclave said that the West must “Live with it”. He talked about Cross border Terrorism and a threat from Afghanistan. India will take its decisions based on its interests and its people’s interests. The West has been pressuring India to take the Ukraine side. 

The West has also questioned India's siding with Russia. The Indian FM said that the EU issues must be solved by the EU.

If you want other countries to react to the issues of the EU, then the EU should also consider the issues of the other countries. If Pakistan is conducting Cross Border terrorism then the EU must take decisions against Pakistan on the International stage. 

But the EU doesn't consider other issues but they want the World to solve its issues. Jai Shankar has said that India will not deviate from the Neutral Stand that it has taken.

Jai Shankar's speech will become Viral. The World media will speak about his speech. The Next issue for India is the Price Cap. But we say the Price Cap will not affect India. First, we must understand the Price Cap. 

We should not listen to or care about the Western media which spreads false information. In the G7 Conference, Russia’s Oil has been bought by China, India and Some EU Countries. They had a list of Countries buying oil from Russia.

Russia has been selling crude Oil for discounted prices to India. India has been buying 50 USD per barrel from Russia whereas China pays 65 USD. The G7 Countries proposed a Price cap of 65USD to 70USD for a barrel. 

So this is the Price cap. G7 + the EU + Australia and the UK took this decision. Poland said that the Price cap will increase Russia’s Profits. So Poland called for a decrease to 30 USD in the Price cap.

Russia's production cost for a barrel is 20 USD. So the profit for Russia will only be 10 USD. The Countries will have to follow the Price Cap and obey the Command of the G7 and buy the oil at higher Prices. 

The Countries which follow America and the West will buy oil from Russia under the Price Cap. But G7’s Price Cap of 55 USD to 60 USD will increase the Profits of Russia.

In the Market, Russian Crude Oil has been sold for 52 USD per barrel. The Proposed Price Cap will only increase Russia’s revenue by 3 USD.

What is the aim of the Price Cap? Why did the G7 Propose the Price Cap?

The EU Countries within 5th Dec 2022 will stop buying Crude Oil from Russia. After 5th Dec the EU countries must not buy Russian oil and their Weapon is the G7 Price Cap. This strategy will break down because of China’s Lockdown. China has recently recorded new 31,444 Covid Cases. The Virus is spreading rapidly.

China's construction field in seeing a record low. China will not use Crude Oil on a Huge basis. When this happened the demand for Crude Oil in the oil market dropped down. Russia due to the low demand set a price of 52 USD per barrel. So the Price Cap will only increase Russia’s earnings.

If there is no Price Cap America can't sell its oil reserves. The EU people raise questions that when the price is very low in the Oil Market.

Why are the EU countries paying high Prices to buy oil from America? Why is the EU importing from America?

The EU people have started questioning their govt. The EU People first saw the Ukraine war as their issue. But later they recognized the Power Play of America and the West in the Ukraine war. They have started protesting against the Political gains and the Inflation increase in their countries.

Due to Price Cap, the countries will have to buy Russian oil for 55 USD per barrel. But America will say that it can supply a barrel for 50 USD. So the Countries will start buying oil from America because the Price is low. Due to this America will earn profits. 

How did America try to take Revenge on OPEC and OPEC+ Countries?

America asked OPEC to increase Oil Production. OPEC and OPEC+ Countries said that they will not increase Oil Production. This will lead to a price decrease in the market. Due to inflation and the economic crisis, the need for Crude Oil has gone down. So if OPEC keeps producing Oil there will be no buyers to buy them.

There is a chance a barrel can be sold for only 10 USD. The OPEC countries may be spending 20 USD for Production and if the Price is 10 USD per barrel it is a loss to them.

So OPEC decided not to increase the production of Crude Oil. The OPEC countries didnt bow down to the America Order. Russia was producing oil and there are countries that buy oil. According to Poland, If the Price Cap is set to 30 USD. The EU people know that Russian Oil is sold for 30 USD Per barrel.

So if the EU decides to continue buying Oil from America for 50 USD, The EU people will raise questions against their govt.

This is the reason the G7 has set this price cap. But the Price cap has received stern opposition. So they have decided to postpone the Price Cap.

The Price Cap is only used to increase America’s Grip over the world. By saying that their actions are against Russia. They are trying to sell their reserves and earn huge profits. Countries must be cautious about the Price Cap.

If India refuses to accept the Price Cap, America cannot do anything. So Countries will form alliances to stand against American Power. India has already said that it will stand firm in its Foreign Policy and Remain Neutral in the Ukraine war. Even after pressures, India has refused to bow down.

America wants revenge against India and it arming Pakistan. America's double face game cannot be played as it is the Primary duty of Social media to tear open the Double face of America. America cannot go against Social Media power. On Social media people have started speaking about America and the truth cannot be contained on Social Media.

So if America uses its Double game strategy it is torn and Chewed down on Social Media. America cannot act silently as it will be recorded on Social Media. So America tried the Price cap. Now the World knows the Truth. America and West Economic sanctions, Some EU countries have taken down the 91 economic sanctions against Russia. 

They have started to buy Oil and gas from Russia. The EU Countries many of them have started to take down these economic sanctions. Some have even decided to stand Neutral.
